Singing Journey’s ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ in the talent show caught the ear of one of her father’s colleagues who was in Chicago and suggested he send the offer to sing that song to the White Sox, since it was their team song in the past. The White Sox rejected the idea and replied that only “America the Beautiful” and the National Anthem, were acceptable. Savannah decided she was going to learn this song.
A family friend, Ed Berinobis was teaching young inner city kids for free, to grapple in cage fighting matches and was hosting a benefit to raise money for equipment and Savannah debuted her 1st National Anthem performance. Today, that organization called Find a Dream is growing in support nationwide with industry leader, Rod Riccardi.
In addition Savannah has expanded her performances to include various venues such as: Waterloo Bucks Baseball, Screaming Eagle American Bar & Grill, NASCAR Lucas 200 The Waterloo Blackhawks and traveling around with a progressive Country band called ‘the Dennis Wayne Gang. She also performs with The Eleventh Hour Rock Band
